4. Shipping & Delivery
We use reputable courier partners to deliver your orders.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1–2 working days of confirmation, subject to successful payment authorization and stock availability.
After dispatch, typical delivery time is 7–9 business days, though this can vary based on your location and courier constraints.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) on a business day are usually processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Orders requiring engraving, customization or special processing may take additional time, generally 4–10 working days before dispatch.
Deliveries to PO boxes, military addresses, or remote/rural locations may take longer or may not be available in some cases.
Customs & Duties (for international shipments):
For deliveries outside India, your country may charge customs, import duties, taxes or handling fees in addition to the product price and shipping charges.
These charges are outside our control and are payable by the customer.
Our delivery partners may pay duties on your behalf to expedite delivery, and you will be required to reimburse them at the time of receiving the shipment.
5. Delivery Information & Shipping Charges
We offer both free and paid shipping options, depending on order value, destination and ongoing promotions.

6. Order Cancellation (by Customer)
Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If we receive a valid cancellation request before dispatch, we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
Globlite.com reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed and/or dispatched. The customer agrees not to dispute Globlite.com’s decision in this regard.
7. Cancellations (by Globlite.com)
We reserve the right to cancel any order in full or in part for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability or stock issues

Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud
Force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund for the cancelled portion of your order.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
Globlite.com’s returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange eligible items purchased on Globlite.com within the specified return/exchange period (as indicated on the product details page).
Conditions for Returns:
You may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless a different return window is specified for that product.
Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags, labels, accessories and original packaging intact.
You are welcome to try the product on for fit and comfort but please take care not to damage or soil it.
Return Method (Self-Ship):
At present, returns are accepted only via self-shipment.
You will need to ship the product back to the address provided by our support team using a reliable courier service of your choice.
In certain cases and at our discretion, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, depending on the reason for the return (for example, if the product is defective or incorrect).
Refunds:
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we issue a full refund of the amount paid.
For returned products, a refund is initiated after the product is received and inspected by our team to confirm that it is unused and in acceptable condition.
